How do you get 25 children to put on a Nativity Play in lockdown? Answer: do it on film!
Part of our Christmas tradition at St John’s is that the Sunday School children perform a Nativity Play at our Christingle service. But with the November lockdown we were unable to rehearse, so instead we filmed each child or sibling group separately via Zoom and then edited it into a final film, complete with soundtrack and special effects.
The video will be screened at our Christingle services at 3pm and 5pm on 13th December. If you would like to come along then please remember to BOOK IN ADVANCE (visit our booking page here), or you can watch the service via live stream at 3pm. A recording of the service including the video will then be available on our YouTube channel.
