As part of our community and the worldwide church, we work together with and support the work of a large variety of organisations.

In 2025 St John’s donated a total of £13,090 to the organisations listed below, supporting a wide range of local, national, and international causes. For further details please contact us or visit the website of each organisation.

Bromley Town Centre Chaplaincy (£1,150 donated in 2025)

Our largest single annual donation is to support the work of the Bromley Town Centre Chaplaincy, which was originally set up by Churches Together in Central Bromley in the 1990s.

The current Town Centre Chaplain is the Revd Agnita Oyawale. She works as an ambassador to the whole community who live and work in central Bromley. She holds prayer meetings and bible studies, visits businesses, maintains links with Bromley Council and talks to individuals who pass through the centre of town.
