It’s a full-on weekend for us as we celebrate God’s goodness to us in creation and harvest with no fewer than four special events:
- Heroes Parent and Child Group (Sat 1 Oct 10.30am)
- All-age Harvest Supper (Sat 1 Oct 7pm)
- Harvest Festival Family Service (Sun 2 Oct 10am)
- Pathfinders Harvest Bake-Off Barista Challenge (Sun 2 Oct 6.30pm)

Saturday 1st October 7pm
All-age Harvest Supper
This year’s Harvest Supper is an all-age Bring and Share event to help us celebrate God’s goodness with the church family.
We meet in the St John’s Church Hall and advance booking is required as space is limited. Please EMail the Events Team to book.
Entry is free. Those who attend will be invited to make a donation to our Harvest charities Poverty & Hope and Bromley Foodbank.
Saturday 1st October 10.30am
Heroes Parent and Child Group
Plenty of toys, books, good company, storytime, songs and free coffee and cake make Heroes a great time for children and parents alike!
Aimed at children ages 0–10 with their parents, free to attend. Come and join us!
Sunday 2nd October 10am
Harvest Festival Family Service
Our Harvest celebration will feature live music by the church band and a talk aimed at people of all ages. See you there!
We encourage church members to bring harvest offerings for Bromley Foodbank, a charity which distributes food to disadvantaged people in our Borough.
Foodbank is currently appealing for: UHT Milk, Coffee, Tinned Fruit, Tinned Veg, Tinned Soup, Cold Tinned Meat, Hot Tinned Meat, Toilet rolls and Washing up liquid. No baked beans please!

Pathfinders Harvest Bake-off Barista Challenge
Our programme for Pathfinders (school years 7 and above) continues with our Harvest Bake-off Barista Challenge.
Can YOUR team prepare and serve up the best harvest muffin biscotti bites and pumpkin spiced latte in the time available?!
We meet 6.30 to 8pm in the church hall. Snacks will be provided.
