St John’s takes data protection very seriously. Any details you give to us such as your name, postal address, telephone number, EMail address and tax status for Gift Aid purposes are stored in computer files which are held securely and backed up regularly. Written records, such as Banns of Marriage or Holiday Club application forms, are kept in secure storage. We do not collect or store any information via our church website.
We never pass on your personal details to any other person or organisation unless you ask us to.
We would like to stay in touch with you with regular notices of our events and other news. We occasionally send details of church events by Google Mail, with EMail addresses in the BCC field so that other recipients are unable to view your data.
